Welcome to Assurex Research, operated by Kivuos Learnings Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our research, academic support, writing, editing, proofreading, and related services.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Once an order is confirmed, these terms shall apply to the relationship between the customer and Assurex Research.

1. Nature and Purpose of Our Services

Assurex Research provides customized research and academic-support services, which may include research assistance, academic writing support, proofreading, editing, formatting, literature review assistance, and related services.

Our materials are intended to support learning, research, and educational purposes. Customers are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and appropriately using any material supplied by us.

We do not guarantee academic grades, examination results, university approvals, publication outcomes, or any particular academic performance.

2. Order Placement and Requirements

To begin an assignment or project, the customer must provide complete and accurate requirements.

Where applicable, customers should clearly specify:

• Topic or research area
• Required word count
• Academic level
• Referencing/citation style
• Formatting requirements
• Research methodology or other specifications
• Submission deadline
• Any specific instructions provided by the institution, supervisor, or professor

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all instructions and supporting materials are provided before work begins.

If essential information is missing or unclear, the delivery timeline may be affected.

3. Turnaround and Delivery

The estimated completion time will depend on the nature, complexity, length, and requirements of the project.

As a general guideline:

• New assignments may require a minimum of 2 working days.
• Revision requests generally require at least 24 hours, excluding Sundays and officially observed holidays.
• Large, complex, urgent, or research-intensive projects may require additional time.
• Any agreed delivery timeline is calculated from the point at which all necessary requirements and applicable advance payment have been received.

Customers should communicate deadlines in writing at the time of placing the order.

We reserve the right to revise delivery estimates where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the project.

4. Communication and Official Instructions

For accuracy and record-keeping, project instructions, amendments, revision requests, and other important communications should be submitted through our designated written communication channels.

Customers should not rely on verbal instructions provided through phone calls, voice messages, or video calls unless those instructions are subsequently confirmed in writing.

Where there is a conflict between verbal and written instructions, the latest confirmed written instructions shall generally be considered the official project requirements.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment structure is:

• 50% advance payment before commencement of the project.
• The remaining 50% is payable upon completion/delivery.

For certain projects, urgent assignments, specialized research, or other services, different payment arrangements may be agreed upon in advance.

Work may not commence until the required advance payment has been received.

Failure to make the remaining payment when due may result in suspension of further services, withholding of final files, or other appropriate action permitted under applicable law.

6. Revisions and Corrections

We aim to ensure that the delivered work follows the requirements originally agreed upon.

Customers may request revisions where:

• An original instruction was overlooked;
• A specified requirement was not properly followed; or
• Reasonable corrections are required to bring the work into alignment with the original brief.

Eligible revisions will generally be provided without additional charges.

However, revisions do not include a complete change in the original scope of work. Changes to the following may be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges:

• Topic
• Research question
• Country or geographical focus
• Industry or organization
• Methodology
• Academic level
• Core argument or research direction
• Substantial restructuring
• Significant increase in word count
• New instructions introduced after commencement

Revision requests should be submitted in writing along with the relevant Order/Job ID and clear details of the required changes.

7. Resubmission and Resit Support

Where a customer requires assistance following an unsuccessful submission, resit, or academic reassessment, relevant written feedback from the professor, supervisor, university, or institution should be provided.

Where the required changes relate to the original scope and can reasonably be incorporated, we may provide revision support in accordance with our revision policy.

Any substantially new project or change in requirements may be treated as a separate order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information;
• Supplying complete instructions before work begins;
• Reviewing the delivered material;
• Providing timely and specific feedback;
• Making payments within the agreed timeframe; and
• Using the supplied material in accordance with applicable laws, institutional rules, and academic policies.

Assurex Research is not responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

9. Academic Integrity and Responsible Use

Our services are intended to provide research and educational assistance.

Customers must use all materials responsibly and in accordance with the academic integrity policies, submission rules, and regulations of their educational institution.

Customers remain solely responsible for how any material supplied by Assurex Research is used, submitted, referenced, adapted, or incorporated into academic work.

We do not encourage plagiarism, academic misconduct, impersonation, examination cheating, or any other violation of educational or institutional rules.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers.

Information provided to us in connection with an order will be handled for legitimate business and service-related purposes and will not ordinarily be disclosed to unrelated third parties except where:

• Disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process;
• Disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
• A trusted service provider is required to assist with legitimate business operations and is subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations; or
• The customer has provided consent.

We take reasonable measures to protect customer information; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the customer has completed all applicable payments, the customer receives the rights to use the final customized material supplied for the customer's intended educational or research purposes.

Assurex Research retains ownership of its:

• Internal processes;
• Templates;
• General methodologies;
• Proprietary systems;
• Business materials;
• Pre-existing intellectual property; and
• Resources that are not specifically created as part of the customer's order.

Customers may not represent our proprietary materials, internal resources, or business processes as their own.

12. Originality and Third-Party Materials

Where research or written material is requested, we aim to provide work prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements.

However, research may contain references, quotations, publicly available information, facts, data, theories, or concepts originating from third-party sources. Such material remains subject to the rights and terms applicable to its original owners.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that citations and references are used appropriately when submitting or publishing material.

13. No Guarantee of Academic or Professional Outcomes

Assurex Research does not guarantee:

• A particular grade or academic score;
• Passing an examination or course;
• Acceptance by a university or educational institution;
• Approval by a supervisor or professor;
• Publication in a journal;
• Acceptance of a research proposal;
• A specific professional or financial outcome; or
• Any other result dependent upon the decision of a third party.

Academic and professional outcomes may depend on numerous factors outside our control.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

Where work has already commenced, the amount refundable, if any, may depend on the stage of completion, work already performed, resources committed, and the specific circumstances of the order.

No refund shall be automatically assumed merely because a customer changes their mind after work has commenced.

Any refund request will be assessed according to the applicable service terms and the circumstances of the individual order.

15. Delays and Events Beyond Our Control

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines. However, Assurex Research shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Internet or technology failures;
• Power outages;
• Platform or payment-service disruptions;
• Natural disasters;
• Government restrictions;
• Public emergencies;
• Third-party service interruptions;
• Unexpected technical problems; or
• Delays in receiving required information or feedback from the customer.

Where reasonably possible, we will inform the customer of significant delays.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Assurex Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use or inability to use our services or materials.

Our services are provided based on the information and requirements supplied by the customer, and customers remain responsible for their final use of the delivered material.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Assurex Research may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will become effective when published or otherwise communicated.

Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before placing a new order.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts/authorities as applicable under Indian law.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a payment, or engaging Assurex Research for any service, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If the customer does not agree with these terms, they should not place an order or use our services.
