Cancellation Policy

Our company reserves the right to cancel or discontinue an order under certain circumstances where completing the assignment is no longer possible or appropriate. Customers may also request cancellation and a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order in any of the following circumstances:

• Unforeseen Circumstances: If unexpected events such as accidents, technical failures, data loss, theft, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the assignment process and prevent us from completing or delivering the order within the agreed deadline.
• Violation of Terms and Conditions: If a customer violates, breaches, or fails to comply with our Terms and Conditions or any other applicable company policies.
• Unavailability of a Suitable Writer: If we are unable to assign a suitably qualified academic writer with the appropriate subject knowledge or expertise required to complete the order.
• Dishonest or Disruptive Conduct: If a customer engages in fraudulent, dishonest, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, or deliberately creates difficulties during or after the order process.

In the event that we cancel an order, we will notify the customer and process any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before work on the assignment has commenced.

If the cancellation request is received before the assignment has commenced, the customer may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once work has commenced, cancellation and refund eligibility may be subject to the amount of work already completed and the applicable terms of our Refund Policy.

3. When Is an Order Considered to Have Commenced?

For the purposes of this policy, an order will generally be considered to have commenced once work has begun on the assignment, including research, planning, drafting, analysis, or other substantial work related to fulfilling the order.

4. Refunds Following Cancellation

Cancellation of an order does not automatically guarantee a full refund. Any refund will be determined according to the circumstances of the cancellation and our applicable Refund Policy.

Where we cancel an order for reasons attributable to the company, we will communicate the applicable refund arrangements to the customer.

5. Right to Review Cancellation Requests

We reserve the right to review each cancellation request individually to determine whether the conditions of this Cancellation Policy and our Refund Policy have been satisfied.

By placing an order with our company, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

Note: The delivered files should only be used for a sample for reference purpose. If any student submits it directly to the university and violates any university rules and regulation, we will not be responsible for it or its consequences anyhow.
