Refund & Service Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality academic writing services and ensuring that every order meets the agreed requirements and deadline. While we make every effort to avoid errors or service-related issues, exceptional circumstances may occur. This policy explains the circumstances in which a refund, revision, or resit may be available.

1. Refund Eligibility

A customer may request a refund under the following circumstances:

• Institutional Failure Report: Refund requests must be supported by an official written failure report, feedback, or other relevant documentation from the customer's university, institution, or professor demonstrating that the work failed to meet the required academic criteria.
• Non-Delivery: If the ordered paper has not been delivered at all, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
• Missed Deadline: If we fail to deliver the completed work by the agreed deadline and, as a result, the work is no longer useful to the customer, a full refund may be issued.
• Plagiarism: If the delivered content contains more than 30% plagiarism, a refund may be considered, provided the customer submits appropriate evidence of plagiarism. This condition does not apply to assignments involving data analysis, finance, calculations, or similar technical work, where standard similarity results may include unavoidable matches. A Turnitin or equivalent plagiarism report may be provided with the completed work where applicable.

2. Refund Request Requirements

To process a refund request, customers may be required to provide supporting evidence, such as:

• An official failure report or written feedback from the institution or professor.
• The relevant assignment requirements or instructions.
• A plagiarism/similarity report, where the claim relates to plagiarism.
• Any other documentation reasonably required to assess the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on the circumstances of the order and the evidence provided.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds may take up to seven (7) working days to process.
• Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible.
• Currency conversion fees, transaction fees, payment-processing charges, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds cannot be guaranteed where the circumstances do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed for a particular order:

• 50% of the total payment is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of the completed work.

5. Resit Policy

If a customer is required to resit an assignment or assessment for which our work was provided, we may offer one resit/revision at no additional writing charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The customer must provide written feedback, comments, or requirements from the professor, university, or institution explaining the reason for the resit.
• The resit request must relate directly to the original order.
• The customer must provide the relevant feedback and requirements within a reasonable period after receiving the original work.
• Any substantial change in the original assignment requirements, topic, scope, or word count may be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges.

6. Revisions and Corrections

Where the delivered work does not follow the original instructions provided at the time of placing the order, customers should contact us promptly with the relevant requirements. We may provide reasonable corrections or revisions where the issue falls within the original agreed scope of the order.

Changes to the original requirements after work has commenced may be subject to additional charges.

7. Copyright and Use of Delivered Work

Upon receipt of the completed order and settlement of the applicable payment, the customer receives the rights to use the delivered work, subject to these terms.

Our services are provided for academic research, reference, and educational purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the material complies with the academic integrity policies, rules, and regulations of their educational institution.

The delivered material should not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without appropriate authorization.

8. Important Notice

Customers are responsible for providing accurate assignment instructions, requirements, source materials, deadlines, and other relevant information when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or subsequently changed information supplied by the customer.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request will be assessed according to the terms of this policy and the supporting evidence provided.

Note: The delivered files should only be used for a sample for reference purpose. If any student submits it directly to the university and violates any university rules and regulation, we will not be responsible for it or its consequences anyhow.
